GMB Card provides a review management platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and respond to customer reviews. Our services include review funnels, QR code generation, analytics, and AI-powered review responses.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Subscription & Payments
Plans are prepaid and non-recurring. When your plan expires, you choose whether to renew. Refunds are available within the money-back guarantee period specified in your plan, if applicable. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: use our service for illegal purposes, send spam or unsolicited messages, manipulate or fake reviews, attempt to hack or breach our security, resell access without authorization, or violate any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GMB Card are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
7. Limitation of Liability
GMB Card is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
